Cunningham – New Glasgow – 81, of Albion Street died in Aberdeen Hospital Thursday. He was born in Avondale son of the late Robert H. and Wilhelmina (Murray) Cunningham. He operated a trucking company here from 1914 to 1935. He later farmed in Piedmont before retiring 12 years ago. Twice married, his first wife the former Janette MacVicar died in 1918 and his second wife, the former Ethel MacDonald, died in 1940. A daughter, Agnes and brother, Fred, are dead. He is survived by a daughter, Marion (Mrs. William Miller) – Marblehead, Massachusetts and a son, Robert H. – Sutherland’s River, three brothers, George and Jack – New Glasgow, Joseph – Avondale, a sister, Elma (Mrs. Howard MacKenzie) – Stellarton. The body is at the Ross Funeral Home – MacDonald Street ad the funeral is at 2:30 p.m. Saturday from St. Andrew�99s Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in Murray’s Point Cemeter! y, Lower Barney’s River.
