She was born in Earltown, Colchester County the daughter of the late Donald Ross. Surviving are four daughters; Kaye (Mrs. Frank Randt) – Dallas, Texas; Grace (Mrs. Gordon Blair) – Halifax; Jean (Mrs. Saxby Semple) – New Glasgow; and Irene at home; two sons, Alastair – Sarnia, Ontario; and William – Merigomish; six grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, Merigomish at 3 p.m. Sunday conducted by Rev. Alexander MacDonald. Interment will be in Murray’s Point Cemetery.
