Born in Eight Island Lake, Guysborough County, she was a daughter of the late Nathaniel and Mary Jane (Jordan) Feltmate. She was a former member of Goshen Red Cross Society, District 6 Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and Goshen Home and School. She is survived by her husband, Earl; two sons, Brian and Richard, both of Goshen; three sisters: Florence Yuzdepski, Sudbury, Ont.; Alice (Mrs. Austin Strickland), Pleasant Valley, Antigonish County; Dorothy Murphy, Georgia, U.S.A.; two brothers, Wesley and James, both of Goshen. She was predeceased by two sisters, Alma and Abbie. The remains will rest in Goshen Gospel Mission after 7 p.m. today, where funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Sunset cemetery, Argyle. Donations may be made to the Antigonish branch of the Cancer Society ! or the Goshen Gospel Mission.
