Born in Springhill, he was a son of the late Albert and Lillian (Cobb) McLellan. He served overseas during the Second World War with the Royal Canadian Navy. He is survived by his wife, the former Jean Casey; two sons; a daughter; a brother; two sisters, including Kathleen (Mrs David Coleman), New Glasgow; three grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers. Funeral will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday (today), Feb. 17 in A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill, Rev. Hubert Barlett officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Oxford, at a later date.
