Born in Lake Road, she was a daughter of the late George and Ester (Creelman) Foster. She was a retired school teacher. She is survived by her husband, Charles; a son, George, West Tatamagouche; two grandsons; two brothers, Alvin, Bay Head, and Winfred, Tatamagouche. She was predeceased by two sisters, Alice and Marguerite, and a brother, Bert. The body is in Coulter's Funeral Home, Tatamagouche. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Donations may be made to any charity.
