Born in Glace Bay, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Catherine (O'Neill) Nolan. While in Glace Bay she was a member of St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by two nieces, including Mrs. Jean Boudreau, New Glasgow. She was predeceased by four brothers. Funeral mass was held Sat., Feb. 27 in St. Anne's Church, Rev. Joseph Graham officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
