Mr. Mannion had a long service career in the United States Air Force. He was on the air force official staff, that travelled around the country, when President Reagan was Governor of the State of California. Mr. Mannion was a son-in-law of Mrs. Edith (Mason) Riggs, having been married to Mrs. Riggs' daughter Doris (Nason). Besides his wife Mr. Mannion is survived by an adopted daughter, Lori; also several brothers and sisters. A United States Air Force military funeral will be held on Saturday. The remains are resting at the Funeral Home in Auburn, Calif., with interment in Auburn Cemetery.
