They were both born in Nova Scotia. One of their sons, Bland Tobin(Lobin) Smallie is my g-granfather. I would like any information anyone can give me. Bland married Delitha Higgins a full-blooded Cherokee. Delitha was adopted by a white couple named Higgins. I would like to know if any of Bland's siblings descendants have any information on Delitha or her history.
