My ancestor Cyrill Doucette came to the UP of Michigan in 1877. His wife Philomena (Filion) and his 7 children followed in 1878. They were married in Trenton and all the Children were born in Trenton - Cyrille, Jr. in 1861, Augustus in 1863, Adolphus in 1865, Edgar in 1867, William H. in 1870, Josephine in 1872 and Fred in 1874. If you can be of any help, I would very much appreciate it.
