Fraser Marshall of this community, died in the Aberdeen Hospital Wednesday at the age of 81. Born in Trenton, she was the former Mary (Fraser) Evans, a daughter of the late David and Harriet (Wilson) Evans. Mrs. Marshall lived in White Hill all her married life and was a member of Middle River Presbyterian Church for 59 years; was organist and choir director for 35 years. She was a life member of the WMS and Church Aid. A former school teacher, she taught school for many years in various parts of the county. Surviving are two daughters, Jean (Mrs. Charles Langille), North Bay, Ont.; June (Mrs. Keith Beausejour), Alma; three sons, William, Coalburn; Douglass and Ian, both of White Hill; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband and a sister, Hazel. Her remains will rest at her late residence for visiting from 7 to 9 this evening and 2 to 9 Friday. Funera! l service will be held from the Middle River Presbyterian Church Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Interment will be in Birch Hill Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Heart Foundation.
