A.MacCulloch Laid To Rest At Saltsprings Saltsprings- This community lost one of its elderly residents when Alexander MacCulloch died onOct.28 at the age of 80. Illness prevented Mr.MacCulloch from taking an active part in public life during the last five years, but those who were priviliged to sit at his bedside during those years will always remember his kindly cheerful face. His serious illness was short. He was taken to the hospital in the morning and passed away in the evening. Besides a wife and son, he is survived by a sister and brother, and many nephews and neices. Funeral services were held at the United Church Oct.31. They were conducted by Dr. Kemp. The pall beares were nephews of the deceased, James, Frank,Chester Cameron; Seymour and Harold MacCulloch and Malcolm Wood.
