Born in Fortune Bay, Nfld., he was a son of the late William and Ellen Martin. Surviving locally is a sister, Sarah Burt, Mulgrave. Funeral was held today in St. Genevieve's Church, East Chezzetcook. Interment was in the church cemetery. Donations may be made to Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital.
