20 Mar.1858 - Died - At Truro, we observed the recent death of Rev. Thomas Cole Leaver. This gentleman has been in indifferent health for some time past and about a year since, was obliged in consequence to relinquish his charge as Rector of the Truro Parish. 27 Mar.1858 - Died - On the 18th inst, Elizabeth Huggin d/o Samuel C. Weatherby, of Truro, N.S. At Londonderry N.S., 22nd March, James Seeton, Sr; in the 83rd year of his age. 03 April1858 - Died - At Pugwash, on Saturday, Sept. 12,1857, Sarah L., inthe 24th year of her age. Also, her sister, Nancy, on the 13th Feb.1858, in the 26th year of her age. On Sat; the 20th; their only brother, Daniel,in the 23rd year of his age, all of consumption. The above were all c/o Charles and Olivia McCurdy, formerly of Onslow. - Also, on the 17th Dec., of consumption Sarah L., d/o Peter L., and Ann Murray, and grand- daughter of Charles D. and Olivia McCurdy, aged 12 months and 8 days. 10 Apr.1858 - Died - On Tuesday morning, after a short, but severe illness, Gloud Wilson McLellan, Esq.,M.P.P., for the County of Colchester, in the 62nd year of his age. - At the residence of his mother, at Truro, on the 15th March, George W. A. Johnson, aged 24 years. 01 May 1858 - Died - James Bentley, of Upper Stewiacke, was accidently killed at the Richmond Railway Depot on Thursday last- eldest brother of Rev. S.N.Bentley - leaving a widow and 3children. 24 May 1858 - Died - At Gay's River, on the 10th May, Richard Isnor, in 43rd year of his age. 19 June 1858 - Died - At Truro, on the 22nd ult; Elizabeth, infant d/o Rev. A. Forrester, D.D. 24 July 1858 - Died - At Dartmouth, on Sunday morning of consumption, in the 39th year of her age, Barbara, w/o James Curren, Brookfield, Col. 07 Aug.1858 - Died - At Truro, 18th ult; Henry H., late of California, s/o Thomas M. and Latitia Crow, aged 29 years.
