    3. Hi James, I think your family might connect up to mine somehow. My gggGrandmother Isabella's brothers went to Savannah (Hinesville, precisely) from Nova Scotia. Brother Donald, was the eldest brother, lived at "Stone House Point", near New Glasgow. Next was Andrew. Then followed in seniority Simon, John, and Alexander. Simon owned a plantation near Hinesville, Isabella and son George (Rev. Dr. Sutherland-Sydney NSW Au) visited them in Ga. It is now a developing "Sutherland Plantation Golf Course". There is much in the museum there about our ancestors I have heard. I have never been there. I have some interesting details on the descendents of Simon, the sisters Mary, Jessie, Lydia. Are we related somehow? She was born in Dornoch, Lairg Parish, Sutherlandshire, SCT and died in 1864. Alexander and Janet (Jennet) are buried in Marshdale Cemetery. > > Children of ALEXANDER FRASER and JANET MCLEOD are: > JOHN2 FRASER > HUGH FRASER. > RODERICK FRASER. > SIMON FRASER. > > JOHN is my Great Grandfather (b: 11 Jan 1824 in Lorne d: 1904).
