Born in Guernsey Island, France, she was a daughter of the late William and Amelia Bowles. She left Guernsey Island in 1921 when she moved to Canada. She is survived by her husband, Albert, Lower Sackville; two sons, Robert, Lower Sackville; Leonard, Westville. She was predeceased by three brothers, Ernest, Reginald and Colenso; a sister, Edith. Funeral was Monday, Nov. 9 in All Saints Anglican Church, Bedford, Canon Rhodes Cooper officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Estates, Lower Sackville.
