Crocker, of the former place.[ NOVASCOTIAN, of 22 June says: Croker} 27 June 1857 - Died - On Sunday morning,21st inst; in the 36th year of her age, Sarah Ann, w/o Jonathan Blanchard, Esq; and youngst d/o the late William Story, Esq. 15 Aug.1857 - Died - ( As a result of an explosion at the Powder Magazine ) shortly after 12 o'clock on Thursday night - a poor man, named ( John ) Harney, of Stewiacke, a boarder in Stoke's House, who only came to town the previous day, was so injured that he died befire morning. 05 Sept. 1857 - Died - At Onslow, 30th ulti; John William, youngst s/o Rev.
