Born in Halifax, he was a son of Allan and Lillian Patterson. He is survived by a son; Debbie, mother of son Corey and daughter Nicole, all of Edmonton; two brothers including Allan, New Glasgow; seven sisters. He was predeceased by a sister, Matilda Jane. Funeral arrangements were incomplete.
