15 Sept. 1855 - Married- At Shore Cottage, Tatamagouche, by Rev. Mr. Byers, Howard Primrose, Merchant, Pictou, to Olivia, youngst d/o Hon. Alexander Campbell, of the former place. - Died- at truro, 10th inst; after a short and painful illness, which she endured with the utmost resignation, Elizabeth Christina, second d/o John Ross, Esq. 22 Sept. 1855 - Died- Drowned, from on board the " Daniel Hill", at Spenser's Point, Londonderry, on the 10 th Aug; John Hilan, seaman, aged 23 years, a native of halifax. An inquest was held on view of the body, by David N. Crow, Coroner, and a verdict returned in accordance with the circumstances. 24 Sept. 1855- Died - At Gay's River 9th inst; Robert Guy, a native of the County Derry, , Ireland, aged 21 years, much regretted by a large circle of relatives and friends. 29th Oct. 1855- Married- On the 27th; ult; at the residence of the bride's father, by Rev. T. C. Leaver, A. M; Rector of St. John's Church, Truro, Wm. A. Fulmor to Maria Louisa, eldest d/o Silas H. Crane, Esq.
