    3. 13 Jan.1882 - Bigamy - Fredricton, Jan 12 - Mr. ARTHUR W. OLIVER, formerly of Lower Granville, Anna. Co., N.S., was today convicted in the County Court here. His former wife, who now resides in Lynn, Mass., was a d/o Mr. ARCHIBALD HAMILTON of Brookfield, Col. Co., N.S. She was orginally married to Mr. GUSTAVIUS HAWS, who, in 1861, worked in Mr. Kelly's Shoe Factory at Truro, who died in 1862, and whose funeral service was conducted by Rev. W. C. Dimock, of Truro, as testified by that gentleman yesterday. Mrs.OLIVER, number 1, has been here during the trail and returns to Lynn tomorrow. The prisioner's second wifeis Miss GERTIE BARKER, a respectable young lady of this city. Oliver was remanded to jail for sentence. The trail was conducted before Justice STEADMAN. Mr. E. L. WETMORE, Q.C., conducted the prosecution and Mr. GEORGE F. GREGORY, the defence. 10 May 1883 - Married - By the Rev. D.A. Steele, 30th April, Mr.CYRUS A.BARNES of Londonderry, Col.
