Hi folks.....just to let you know I'm getting many requests for look-ups, which I certainly don't mind! But if folks could keep in mind that the book is set up rather poorly.....in 51 separate "communities", then in alpha. If you can be as specific about location, or give me clues to what locations your people might have been living in, or moved from, it would help me make quicker searches. I DO wish it had been set up more like the 1871 Census, but I'm grateful to have it at all! Marsha.

Hi Marsha, Thanks for doing the Pictou County 1901 census lookups. Pass some along to me if you are overwhelmed and I will do them tomorrow night after work. Hopefully the community will be stated in the requests you send<g>! People are practically impossible to find otherwise.
