    1. [PICTOU-L] woops! Sorry... here is the right url
    2. Richard MacNeil
    3. Sorry about that folks, I was so tired this morning and in a rush to get off to work I made two errors in the url for the 1838 census. I should have trusted my better judgment and waited until I got home and was not so pressed for time...... You can access the census from the main page at: "http://www.rootsweb.com/~nspictou/index.htm" and then scroll down to the navigation table. It will be right in the middle of the table. Hope this works...... Rick MacNeil

    3. Many thanks to Kim Stevens on a great job on the 1838 Census and also a thanks to Rick for adding it to the web page. If I may, I would like to point out one error re surnames. In the Riverton area there should be 3 families of CULTON surname and in Churchville there should be 2 families with the CULTON surname. However, they are all there but are listed as OULTONS. This is an easy error to make as sometimes the writing on those census is not the clearest. Kindest Regards, Doug. S.
