To all of you who responded to my request in identifying a cemetery outside of Westville - a tremendous Thank You. I have found, not only some tomb inscriptions but, more importantly, actual family members still living in the area. This means more to me than I can say and I am grateful to you all. Beryl

Hi folks, I've just added Sharon Barkhouse to the Surname Registry who is researching the Crowe surname in Pictou and Colchester Counties. If you can make a connection please click on the following address to contact her. "mailto:kob@telusplanet.net" Sharon, I hope you've taken a look at Jane Wile's site at "http://genealogynet.com/resident/genejane/home.htm" as there is a lot of Crowe information there. I'll have to take a look at my ggg grandmother, Mary Crowe's siblings. We may be related! Good Luck! RIck MacNeil
Hello I am new to this list and, after some appreciated guidance from your List Administrator, I am posting my first interest. I am wondering if anyone is able to help me find the exact year/place of burial for my great-grandmother, EMILY ADA GOLDING. The only information I have, from family members, is that she lived in Stellarton and died somewhere around 1912/1915. She is buried in a 'little cemetery outside of Westville'. Not much to go on, but any help would be very much appreciated. Many thanks, Beryl

Hi Would anybody around the pictou or province have a genealogy tree on the Cameron's. I am looking especially for Donald married to Mary Mackenzie (Mckenzie). They had the following children: Isabella born 1805 Scotland? William 1 born 1806 Scotland? Duncan born 1807 Scotland? James Grant born New Glasgow 31 May 1812 died 29 Mar 1891 Moncton Donald born 1814 William 11 born 1816 John born 1818 Hugh born 1818 (John's twin brother) Margaret born 1822. Any info on Donald & Mary will be appreciated as l have no more idea where to look for them. I don't have Donald's parents name for sure but in the L.D.S records l found a James Cameron & a Ann Mckenzie that could possibly be his parents as the Donald birthday is about right. Mary parents could be Thomas Mckenzie & Mary Moor as her birthday also would be just about right. Both Donald & Mary were born around 1783-4. They supposedly had settled on the east river but no reference as to where on the east river. I have been looking for them for the past 2 years so any sort of clue will be much appreciated.
