Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters, Karen Michelle and Rachel Anne, and a brother, David Adrian, all at home; his maternal grandparents, Adrian and Johanna VanBerkel, West River. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Adrianus and Anna VandeSande. The remains will rest at Curry Brothers Funeral home, Antigo! nish, after 7 p.m. Saturday.     3. Hi Tammie, I think you'll find birth records and even baptismal records few and far between for 1821..... The province did not start recording birth records until 1864, and even at that, reporting births was not mandatory. If it is the birth date itself you are looking for, you may be able to get it if the individual you are looking for died between 1864 and 1877 when death records were maintained by the province, it may be in the 1901 census if the individual was still residing in NS. I believe the Province of NS began recording deaths again about 1904 in Pictou County, after they stopped in 1877. Let me know if a look up in the 1864-1877 vital stats would help, or the 1901 census. Hope this helps a bit........
