Harold Knox 2003 Halifax Chronicle Herald Harold Knox, 79, Baker Settlement, passed away March 9, 2003, in the New Halifax Infirmary, QEII, following surgery. He was the son of the late Arthur and Alma (Woodworth) Knox. Harold will be sadly missed by family and friends, including his wife of 58 years, Hazel (Zwicker); daughter, Cecilia Kaizer; son, Randall; daughters-in-law, Brenda (Uhlman), Maxine (Walfield); sisters, Phyllis Wessel, Greta (Perry) Veinot; grandchildren, Melina and Melisa Knox, Renee (Lawrence) Kusik, Stephen Kaizer, Kim (J.P.) Kennedy, Karen and Jason (Samantha) Knox; great-grandchildren, Darian and Zander Kusik, Olivia Knox, and Bhreagh Kennedy. He was predeceased by son, Mervyn; son-in-law, Dave Kaizer; sisters, Dorothy Knox and Marguerite Crouse. Memorial service 11 a.m. Saturday, March 15, in Bridgewater United Church, Rev. Ivan Norton officiating. Interment will follow in Baker Settlement Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather afterwards in Baker Settlement Firemen's Centre. No flowers by request. Donations may be made to Baker Settlement and District Fire Department's newly formed "Building Fund" through R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville.
