Gladys Louisa Eagles 2003 Halifax Chronicle Herald Gladys Louisa Eagles, 92, Cherryfield, passed away peacefully Monday, October 27, 2003, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. She was a daughter of the late Uriah and Annetta (Demone) Burgoyne. She was known for her crocheting and craft work and will be sadly missed in her community as a good friend and neighbour. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Ellison; son, Floyd; sisters, Edna, Dorothy, Dora, Stella, Viola; brothers, Wilfred, Jabez. Many thanks to Frances Hustost for her help and kindness to Gladys, also to Dr. Livingston and the nurses on the fourth floor of South Shore Regional Hospital. Visiting hours are 7-9 p.m. today with funeral service 11 a.m. Thursday, both in Langille's Funeral Home, New Germany, Rev. Larry Ehrhardt officiating. Burial in East Dalhousie Community Cemetery, East Dalhousie. Memorial may be made sent to South Shore Regional Hospital or any charity. She will be sadly missed by Shirley and Reg.
