Born in Stellarton, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Katherine (Street) Young. She was a Real Estate Broker for M. B. Green Realtors. She was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband, Peter Green; one daughter, Susan, New Glasgow; one son, Peter, N.W.T.; one grandchild; five sisters, Jennie (Mrs. Peter Spooks), Stellarton; Viola (Mrs. Charles Trobridge), St. Catharines, ON; Mrs. Carolyn Caldwell, Leduc, AB; Mrs. Elizabeth Lohmes, North Bay, ON; Mrs. Kathleen Millard, Kincardine, ON. She was predeceased by two brothers in infancy. Her remains will rest at R. H. Porter Funeral Home, New Glasgow, after 7 p.m. today. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, from St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, with interment in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens.
