Anthony James Langille 2006 Halifax Chronicle Herald Anthony James Langille, 86, formerly of Blockhouse, passed away November 11, 2006, in Mahone Nursing Home, Mahone Bay. Born at Newburne, he was a son of the late Winnifred Langille. He was raised by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Langille, Fauxburg. He was retired from National Sea Products, Lunenburg, where he had worked on the scallop processing line. He enjoyed working in his garden and sport fishing. He is survived by sister, Winnie (Armond) Faulkenham, Northwest; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, LaVerna Marguerite (Crossland); brothers, St.Clair Veinotte and Cecil Veinotte. Visiting will be 1-2 p.m. Wednesday in Mahone Funeral Home, Mahone Bay, followed by a graveside service at 2:30 p.m. in Garden of Rest Cemetery, Blockhouse, Rev. Stephen Kristenson officiating. Memorial donations may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, Mahone Bay or The Lodge that Gives, Halifax.
