Ralph Arnold Brown 2000 Halifax Chronicle Herald Ralph Arnold Brown, 64, Wileville, passed away March 1, 2000, in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born at New Ross, he was a son of the late Ralph W. (Sr.) and Melba L. (Lantz) Brown. He was an adherent and choir member of the Pleasantville Baptist Church. He was a member of the Royal Camadian Legion, Branch 102, New Germany; he served in the military in Canada and overseas for ten years. He was the co-owner of Brown's Self Storage. He is survived by his wife, the former Glenda Hebb; sons, George (Cathy) and Jeffrey, all of Wileville; daughter, Cyndi (Kevin), Hallowell, Maine; grandchildren, Kelsey, Callie, Melissa, Amy, Mandy, Thomas, Rachael, Nicole; brother, Brad (Emily), Conquerall Bank; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Gloria. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. today in Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday in the Pleasantville Baptist Church, Pastor Doug Porter officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasantville Cemetery. Immediate family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to Pleasantville Baptist Church, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, The Lung Association or to the charity of choice.
