Maynard George Wentzell 2001 Halifax Chronicle Herald Maynard George Wentzell, 94, Baker Settlement, passed away December 10, 2001, in Hillside Pines Home for Special Care, Bridgewater. Born at Baker Settlement, he was a son of the late Benjamin and Martha (Zinck) Wentzell. He is survived by his adopted son, Donald, Cole Harbour. He was predeceased by his infant daughter; sisters, Jennie Saltsman, Lydia Beck; brothers; Amos, Elvie, Ingram. Visitation 7-9 p.m. today in Sweeny's Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater, where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Rev. Willis Ott officiating. Burial will follow in Baker Settlement Cemetery.
