Mrs. Josiah Lohnes 1941 The death occurred at the D.M. Hospital on Wednesday, July 6th., of Mrs. Josiah Lohnes, of Pleasantville, after an illness of six weeks. Mrs. Lohnes was the former Lillian Mae Corkum, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Amiel Corkum, of Middle LaHave, and was in her 69th. year. In her immediate family, she is survived by her husband and eight children: Elmore, Mrs. Charles Fralic; Firmin, Willis, Everett, and Llewellyn of Pleasantville; Iona, Mrs. Wilson Fraser of Dayspring; Devilla, Mrs. Wilson Robar; and Miss Flora Lohnes of Medford, Mass. One son, Alton, predeceased his mother. Sixteen grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive. Mrs. Lohnes was a faithful member of the Lutheran Church, Conquerall Bank. Funeral services were held at the residence in Pleasantville at 2:30 on Saturday.
