Myrtle Ruth Norwood 2004 Halifax Chronicle Herald Myrtle Ruth Norwood, 92, West Clifford, died September 1, 2004, in St. Vincent's Guest Home, Halifax. Born at Bridgewater, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Iva (Faulkenham) Dollivar. She was a teacher for over 40 years in many areas of Lunenburg County; a life member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Baker Settlement; a former choir member; past member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church Women's Group. She is survived by sons, Mervyn (Joyce), Halifax; Kenneth (Betty), West Clifford; grandchildren, Neil (Tracey), Jonathan (Rebecca), both of Halifax; Trevor (Carol-Ann), West Clifford; Scott (Beth-Ann), Pine Grove; great-grandmother, Ryan, Taylor, Mark, and Connor; cousins, Harold Weagle, Dorothy Zwicker, and Lowell Faulkenham; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Warren; son, Donald. Visitation 7-9 p.m. today in R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville. Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Baker Settlement, Rev. Willis Ott officiating. Burial in Baker Settlement Cemetery. Immediate family flowers only.
