Kathleen Gertrude Selig 2004 Halifax Chronicle Herald Kathleen Gertrude Selig, 83, Baker Settlement, passed away January 7, 2004, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born at West Clifford, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Myra (Bolivar) Selig. She is survived by sons, Roger, Bridgewater; Bruce, Baker Settlement; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brothers, Cyril and Kenneth, both of Ontario; Loraine, Bridgewater; sisters, Myrtus Wentzell, West Clifford; Geraldine (Raymond) Zwicker, Newcombville; special friend, Mary Himmelman, Bridgewater. She was predeceased by her husband, Everette; sons, Gary and Eric; grandson, Barry; brothers, Randolph, Bridon, Havelock, Calvin; sisters, Iris, Jewell, Bernandine. Visitation will be held 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater, where funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Rev. Willis Ott officiating. Burial will follow in the Baker Settlement Cemetery. Flowers accepted. Memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or a charity of choice.
