Brian LeRoy Corkum 1997 Bridgewater Bulletin Brian LeRoy Corkum, 42, passed away January 2, 1997, in Calgary. He was the son of Violet (Corkum) Corkum, Blockhouse and Donald Corkum, Bridgewater. He is survived by his wife, the former Karen Rinker; daughters, Tammie and Tiffany Corkum; son, Travis, all of Yarmouth; step-daughter, Tami, Calgary; grandchildren, Paige, Tyler, and Dillan, Yarmouth; sisters, Catherine Walker, Chester Basin; Janet Conrad, Fancy Lake; brother, Trevor, Middle Cornwall; and two nieces. A memorial service was held in Calgary January 12, 1997. The body has been cremated. A private family committal service was held at Newburne Cemetery January 15, 1997, under the direction of Mahone Funeral Home. Rev. Brad and Barbara Putman officiated.
