Pearlie H. Demone 1984 Halifax Chronicle Herald Handwritten date: May 6, 1984. Pearlie Harold Demone, 84, of North River, died Sunday in Dawson Memorial Hospital, Bridgewater. Born at North River, he was a son of the late Henry and Sarah (Acker) Demone. He is survived by three sons, Everett and Carol, both of North River; Laurie, Cherryfield; a brother, Carey, Cherryfield; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Lettie Beatrice Daniels; five sisters, Rosella, Nettie, Clara, Mary, and Minnie; five brothers, Allie, Gilbert, Oran, Lorimer, and Maynard. The body is in Langille's Funeral Home, New Germany. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in North River Lutheran Church, Rev. Richard Weaver officiating, with burial in the church cemetery.
