    3. Orman Jacob Baker 1972 Bridgewater Bulletin The death of Orman Jacob Baker occurred at his home in Farmington on Friday evening, February 18th., 1972. He was born at Farmington, November 8, 1894, the son of the late John and Eliza (Spidle) Baker. Surviving are his wife, the former Louetta Crouse; five daughters, Blanche (Mrs. Claude Slack), Debert; Bertha (Mrs. Joseph Eisener), Farmington; Bernice (Mrs. Leamert Robar), Farmington; Beatrice (Mrs. Wilfred Taylor), Truro; and Marjorie (Mrs. Homer Varner), Stanburne; six sons, Angus, John, Carmen, and Loran, Farmington; Frank, New Germany; and Lovatt, Montreal; twenty-four grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Durkee, Massachusetts; and Frances, British Columbia. He was predeceased by an infant son and daughter; one infant grandson; four sisters, Teresa, Mary, Nellie, and Gladys; and four brothers, Hiram, Silas, John, and Harry. Funeral service was held at Langille's Funeral Home, Barss Corner, on Monday, February 21st., at 2 p.m. with Rev. Carroll Armstrong officiating. Hymns sung were "When the Roll is Called up Yonder" and "Safe in the Arms of Jesus." Interment was in the family plot at Parkdale. Pall bearers were Clinton Haines, Stanley Haines, Ralston Eisener, Robert Feener, Ellison Nauss, and Wilfred Hull.
