Vera Mae Nauss 2002 Halifax Chronicle Herald Vera Mae Nauss, 89, Harbour View Haven Home for Special Care, Lunenburg, formerly of Walden, died Wednesday, February 13, 2002, in Harbour View Haven. Born at Bridgewater, she was the adopted daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Silver. In her earlier years, she was a housekeeper for the Sherman Zwicker family, Lunenburg and later for the Gow family, Bridgewater. Vera was a former member of St. Mark's Union Church, Walden. She is survived by sons, Wayne and his wife Marina Mauss, Centre; Eddie and his wife Janet Nauss, Upper Northfield; William Floyd, Walden; grandchildren, Michael, Daniel, Cory, Kevin. She was predeceased by her first husband, Arthur Floyd; second husband, Wilfred Nauss; son, Arthur Floyd. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, February 16, in St. Mark's Union Church, Walden, Rev. William Gustafson officiating. Interment will be in Walden Community Cemetery, Walden. In lieu of flowers,memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association of Nova Scotia, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or any charity.
