Harry Lee Veinotte 1996 Halifax Chronicle Herald Harry Lee Veinotte, 58, Newburne, died July 28, 1996, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born at Newburne, he was a son of Carrie Lucretia (Beck) Veinotte and the late Warren Kenneth Veinotte. He was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Newburne, where he served on the church council until his illness. He was a farmer and worked as a woodsman for various local businesses. Surviving are his wife, the former Gloria Dawn (Patsy) Lohnes; daughters, Darlene (Mrs. Lawrence Getson Jr.), Newcombville; Marlene, Maplewood; Kimberly, Lunenburg; sons, Cameron, Byron, Newburne; sisters, Mildred (Mrs. Murray Joudrie), Hebbville; Marion Nauss, Lunenburg; brother, Warren, Newburne; eight grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sister, Pauline. No visitation by request. Funeral 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Newburne, Rev. Ted Heinze officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.
