Born at Upper Falmouth, he was the son of the late Oscar and Mamie Parks. Surviving are sons, Ira, Mill Cove; Kevin, Shelburne; daughter, Michelle Coolen, Mill Cove; five grandchildren. Visitation 7-9 p.m. today in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards, cremation to follow. Committal service 2:30 p.m. Monday in St. James Anglican Church Cemetery, Fox Point, Rev.
