OBIT # 5168 - EASTERN CHRONICLE, NEW GLASGOW,NS - Thursday,26 February, 1948: A short cut through the woods, rather than following the road, brought death to Miss ROBINA MacDONALD, 46, of Millsville, County of Pictou. She left her home on a Wednesday morning, and the following day was found lying in a snowbank, dead, by her sister. No alarm was felt at her abscence on Wednesday night by her family, as she was in the habit of visiting neighbours overnight.R.C.M. Police investigated. No inquest was held. Death was attributed to exposure.
