Marjorie May Hirtle 2000 Halifax Chronicle Herald Published: Friday, January 14, 2000. >From the collection of Gwen Christie Marjorie May Hirtle, 69, Dartmouth, died January 13, 2000, in the New Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Born at Shubenacadie, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Vivian (Turple) Harrison. She was an avid porcelain doll collector, a well-organized housekeeper, and a member of Woodlawn United Church. Surviving are her husband, Raymond; daughters, Nancy Fraser, Janice Zwicker, Bridgewater; son, Tony Zwicker, Bridgewater; brother, James, Scarborough, Ontario; four granchildren and a great--grandchild. She was predeceased by sister, Muriel Fullerton. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, funeral 11 a.m. Saturday, both in Atlantic Funeral Home, Dartmouth, Rev. Gordon Murray officiating. Burial to follow in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. Reception to follow in the funeral home. Family flowers only. Donations to any charity.
