    3. Paul Malcolm Publicover 1992 Halifax Chronicle Herald Paul Malcolm Publicover, 72, Blandford, died October 26, 1992, in Victoria General Hospital, Halifax. Born at Blandford, he was a son of the late Chauncey and Levinia (Rafuse) Publicover. He was a self-employed electrician working throughout the South Shore. He was a veteran of the Second World War, serving with the Engineer Corps. of the RCA. He was a member of Royal Canadian Legion, Butler Branch 44, Chester, where he was a recipient of a 45 year pin. He was former treasurer and member of Blandford Volunteer Fire Department. He was a former director of Blandford Community Centre and former fire commissionaire for Chester Municipal District No. 1. He was a member of St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Blandford. He is survived by his wife, the former Muriel Gates; two sons, Kimber, Kendall, both of Halifax; four sisters, Jean (Mrs. Eric Countway), Chester Basin; Phyllis (Mrs. Gerald Moore), Joan (Mrs. Douglas Jewers), both of Hubbards; Mary Ellen (Mrs. Bruce Kolsky), Costa Rica; three grandchildren. The body is in Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, Hubbards, visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Blandford, Rev. Leslie Ball officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Barnabas Church of Blandford Volunteer Fire Department.
