Charles Freeman Joudrey 1960 Bridgewater Bulletin Charles Freeman Joudrey passed away at the V.G. Hospital, March 22, 1960, after being in failing health for several months. The son of the late Mr. William and Arabelle Mader Joudrey, he was born July 4th., 1886, at Fauxbourg and lived there all his life. He was a member of Trinoty United Church, Mahone Bay. He is survived by his wife, the former Edith Veinot; three daughters, Nellie (Mrs. Salvatore Rivieccio), New York; Hazel (Mrs. Bryce Andrews), Oakland; Emma (Mrs. Lawrence Penny), Bridgewater; one son, Aubrey, Clearland; one brother, William, Mahone Bay; nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. The funeral service was held at two-thirty Friday afternoon, March 25th., and was conducted by his pastor, Rev. Murray Gardner. The pall bearers were Walter Veinot, Francis Whynot, William Zinck, and Harris Eickel. Interment was in Northwest Cemetery.
