Randolph Pearl Conrad 2004 Bridgewater Bulletin Randolph Pearl Conrad, 84, Simpson's Corner, passed away peacefully, Monday, December 20, 2004, at home, surrounded by his family. He was the son of the late Garfield and Lena (Turner) Conrad. Randy's passion was the family farm and his interest in his sons working on it. He loved his family, and looked forward to family get-togethers and having everyone home. He was a loyal employee of Maritime Tel & Tel for 31 yeras, a life member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and a former member of the IOOF. Randolph is survived by his wife of 61 years, Udivilla (Varner); sons, Aubrey (Ronna) and John (Annette), both of Simpson's Corner; daughters, Joan (Wayne) Morton, Kentville; Jean (Jack) Chesley), Middlewood; and Jane (John) Calder), Brookside; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Nancy, Greenwood. He was predeceased by sister, Bonnie Mosher. A private family memorial service took place with Rev. Joan Conrad officiating. Funeral was under the direction of Sweeny's Funeral Home, New Germany. Interment was in Hillside Cemetery, Simpson's Corner.
