Ernest Guilford Durling 1974 Bridgewater Bulletin Ernest Guilford Durling of Somerville, Mass., passed away suddenly at his home on December 24th.,1974, at the age of 73. Born at Springfield, Annapolis County, he was a son of Guilford and Bessie (Roop) Durling. Until his retirement, he was employed with Baker's School Supplies of Cambridge, Mass. Surviving are a son, Richard of Waltham, Mass.; and two daughters, Barbara, Mrs. George Roberts and Velma, Mrs. Charles Withrow, both of Lexington, Mass. Also surviving are three brothers, R.C. of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia; Charles, Chester, New Hampshire; and George of Quincy, Mass; and one sister, Mrs. Hazel Grimm of Halifax, Nova Scotia. He was predeceased by one sister and three brothers. Interment was in Lexington, Mass.
