Leda Margaret Osborne 2004 Halifax Chronicle Herald Leda Margaret Osborne, 87, Oakhill, passed away March 15, 2004, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born at Lower Northfield, she was a daughter of the late James Jacob and Bessie (Wagner) Oickle. She was a member of the Anglican Church. She is survived by sister, Florence Veinot; sister-in-law, Mildred Oickle; numerous nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her husband, Sidney Osborne; sisters, Elsie Oickle, Hazel Daniels, Ivy Dauphinee; brothers, Wallace and Oswald Oickle. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater, where funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 18. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Family flowers only by request. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
