Ida V. Adams 1985 Bridgewater Bulletin Mrs. Ida V. Adams, 73, Western Shore, died Monday, January 21, 1985, in the Fishermen's Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg. Born at New Ross, she was the daughter of the late Urias and Emma (Keddy) Keddy of New Ross. She was a lifetime member of St. Mark's Anglican Church Guild and an honourary member of the Western Shore and District Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Leona Meyers, White Plains, New York; Barbara (Mrs. George Tanner), Western Shore; one sister, Mrs. Clara McDow, New Ross; two grandsons and one great grandson. She was predeceased by her husband, Frederick; eight sisters; and four brothers. The body rested in the Mahone Funeral Home, Mahone Bay. Funeral service was held Wednesday, January 23, 1985 from St. Mark's Anglican Church, Martin's Point. Rev. Thomas Kerr officiated with the burial in the Western Shore Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mark's Anglican Church or any other charity.
