Chester Ralph Conrad November, 1975. Halifax Chronicle Herald New Germany- Chester Ralph Conrad, 52, died Monday following a logging accident at North Brookfield. Born at Worcester, Mass., he was a son of the late Ralph and Amelia Conrad. He was a veteran of the Second World War and was a member of Royal Canadian Legion. He was an adherent of Barss Corner Baptist Church. Surviving, besides his wife, the former Lola Rhodenizer, are a son, Alan, at home; four sisters, Doris, Wilma, Arlene, and Florence, all in the United States. The body is at Langille's Funeral Home. Service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday in Barss Corner Baptist Church, Rev. Ernest Crosby officiating. Burial will be in Parkdale Cemetery.
