Mrs. Eva Lucy Palmer 1961 Bridgewater Bulletin Mrs. Eva Lucy Palmer of Barss Corner passed away at the Fishermen's Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg onTuesday, October 10th., at the age of 70 years. She was the daughter of the late Milledge and Nellie Balser Crawford of Lower Middleton. She is survived by one step-son, Laurie of Worcester, Massachusetts; and two step-daughters, Ernestine (Mrs. Nate Bain), of Yarmouth; Louise (Mrs. Warren Jeans), of Halifax; also several cousins in the Annapolis Valley. She was predeceased by her husband, George Palmer, also by one sister and three brothers. The funeral service was held from Langille's Funeral Home, Barss Corner on Thursday afternoon with the Rev. Peter MacDonald officiating, assisted by Rev. Walter Killam. Interment was in the Indian Brook Cemetery.
