Fred MacKay 1922 Bridgewater Bulletin New Canada News This community was again saddened on July 2nd, when the death of Fred MacKay occurred at his home, after a painful illness of three weeks, which he bore without a murmur. He was the third son of Mr. and Mrs. Freeman MacKay and was in his eighteenth year. He leaves to mourn a father, mother, three sisters, and four brothers. The funeral took place Tuesday morning, Rev. Gartung officiating, assisted by Rev. Irvine. The deepest sympathy of the whole community goes out to the bereaved family. The flower offering was large and beautiful.
