OBIT # 5020 - UNKNOWN PAPER - 1981 New Glasgow - Theodore E. (TED) LANGILLE, 53, of 424 South Frederick Street, New Glasgow, died Wednesday in Aberdeen Hospital. Born in New Annan, Colchester County, he was a son of the late Bert and Annie (AITCHESON) LANGILLE. He was employed with the department of public works, New Glasgow, until his retirement eight years ago. He was a member of Trinity United Church and a member of Euclid Masonic Lodge, No. 92. A veteran of the Second World War, he was a member of the Canadian Paratroopers' Association and the Royal Canadian Legion, branch #34. Surviving besides his wife, the former Dolly MATTIE, are two daughters, Katheryn (Mrs. Bill KNOLL Jr.), New Glasgow, and Heather (Mrs. Ken SPANKS), Trenton; two sons, Burton, Lourdes, and John, CFB Gagetown; a brother Gerald, Mansfield, Mass.; eight grandchildren. The body is in H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday in Trinity United Church. Rev. Don MURRAY officiating, with burial in Abercrombie Cemetery.
